ok done... they answer that they deliberatly choose to not allow tracker on go fst table, however of the low fréquentation they have... too bad for hud support...) Despite this &"#'():;?! answer, is it possible for you to at least import go fast hand correctly for our session reviews?

Our policy is to require HUD support for import support, we do not provide import support without a HUD. We agree with you, if Winamax changed it's policy we suspect the GoFast traffic would increase greatly; all of our prior experience with fast poker games have shown this to be the case. Fast poker games are typically populated by players who tend to be more active and engaged, these games are rarely populated by recreational players. PokerTracker's software appeals to this more active and engaged user, history at other networks has shown that without our support games of this format might not thrive like they have on networks that work with PokerTracker and Holdem Manager to provide HUD support.

Hopefully in time Winamax may change their policy, this is Winamax's decision to make, I'm afraid it's out of our hands now. We have requested a meeting with Winamax next week, we will notify everyone in this thread if there are any changes.

The Winamax setup guide for PokerTracker 4 has been updated to reflect the issues with Winamax Go Fast tables.

ok thanks for that... winamax doesnt want hud and PT4 "PokerTracker does not import hand histories if a HUD is not permitted to assure our user experience is consistent across all platforms." but in this no one's agreement issue, we, customers, are the loosers. Kwoning the fact that i assume to have à différent expérience, could you review your position about importing hands... at list we could do session review and winamax agrees with session review... (and so goes your new sister in law HM2 :) )

Our policy is to have a consistent experience for all users, regardless of the online poker room they play at. When you consider how may users we have, it becomes quickly clear how our policy is the right choice to assure all of our users have positive experiences Winamax is the only site with a no HUD policy at their tables, in turn this appears to be negatively affecting their Go Fast traffic. In time we hope that Winamax will change their opinions, perhaps someday this can become a reality with your help and the help of all PokerTracker 4 and Holdem Manager users who want to play at Go Fast tables. Share your opinion with Winamax, if enough players express their opinions perhaps Winamax may see how important HUDs are to fast poker games.
