4bet notes

Hi.

I have these notes for 4bet in ep (and the same to some positions but I want to check this first):



And now I goes to the hud and I find this:



¿There is a bug or there is (most probably) that I have done something wrong?

That stat name implies it's custom. How is it calculated?

Well, now I have changed the 4bet position by 4bet position range, anyway I have check with the default stat:

I am going to edit because I have just seen differences between my stats and the default stat in other players:

It is a small difference but there is.

I can't see why you'd have a note but a zero stat value from that, but you should be able to find the hand in question. Set that player as the Active Player and apply the same filter as your NoteTracker note uses in More Filters and you should see the hand. Export that hand (right click > Export Hand) and attach it to a Support Ticket. Also export the note and the stat and attach those as well, and we'll find out what's going on for you.

I would do that but when I aplly the same filter doesn't appeard that hand, and change the filter with active player, with position and different stats but the result remains unchanged.
So I can't export that hand.

Perhaps you edited the note then? Try purging all notes via Tools -> NoteTracker -> Status and then letting NoteTracker catch back up. NoteTracker uses the same Filters that More Filters uses so they definitely should agree.

Yes, click there, then click Purge. It should only take a few moments.

few moments? then PT4 doesn't work correctly because it lasts 3 hours...

Well, I had to shut down the program and I have 0 hands processed so now I should start the process, shouldn't you?

This lasts too much, probably the whole afternoon, I think. Later I will keep you crying

That's what it should say it'll start from the most recent hands and it will also work while you're playing -- it goes in reverse order so you always have the most recent notes at hand. Once it catches up it should all match properly.
