table tracker doesnt open table on pokerstars

I cant open tables on pokerstars but on fullfiltpoker it works perfect. Can you help me??

Make certain you open PokerStars through PT4 using the Open Site button - that is required for table opening to work.

There is currently a problem with table opening after recent Stars updates - the TableTracker development team are aware of this and are working on a fix.
