Fold to 3 Bet Stat

I was looking at my 3 bet stat today and was baffled that I was so nitty that I was folding so much to a 3 bet. Therefore, I looked into it some. I am not as nitty as the stat suggested.

I found that the fold to 3 bet stat also includes all the hands that I had not contributed anything to the pot. So if it comes to me 3 bet already and I fold, this is counted as part of the stat. I am not so sure I like this.

Example from today's session. According to the stats I folded to 3 bet 19/22 opportunities for 86%. 14 of these hands had 0 VPIP.
If i look at only the hands where I folded to 3 bet after either raising or calling a raise, I only folded 5 of 8 opportunities or 63%.


It is more meaningful for me to know how often someone folds to a 3 bet after either raising or smooth calling one raise and then folding to a 3 bet.

This is not a huge deal as long as we all completely understand the stats AND the HUD will be configurable so that we can load a stat like the one I want. I really want to know how often those steal raisers are gonna lay down and wimper when I 3 bet them from the blinds with air!

Are you using the latest alpha version?

Since you are an alpha tester, you should be using the latest alpha version which is newer than beta 2 and resolves a lot of issues. This will ensure that the problems you are experiencing have not already been fixed.

Thanks for pointing that out to me. I assumed we were all on the same version once it went to Beta.
