Problem with Pokerstars!!!

That doesn't sound like it's necessarily the same issue. So please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

It's a confirmed issue with PS and 3rd party software including PT4.

I'm experiencing it for a few days, in PS software improvement thread Stars representative specifically highlighted the problem:

I hope we'll have an update for this soon - the update will be downloaded automatically once it is available (when you restart PT4). We will notify users via the forum and tickets, but there are quite a few threads about this so it may not be posted in every thread.

The update has been released now and will be downloaded automatically the next time you restart PT4. Make sure that PokerStars is not running when you restart PT4 so that the update can be applied.

Zoom still freezing after PT4-Update... . Without PT4 startet Pokerstars works without freezes.

Sure, it somewhat helped, now it survives a little longer, but... it still freezes.
