We are not aware of any problems with tournaments - if you have a problem other than with Zoom tables please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can investigate.

No changes were made in relation to tournaments - only to the dll which accesses the player list for Zoom hands. If you do not play Zoom tables please turn off the Zoom Hud (via Configure > Sites & Import Options > PokerStars) and let us know whether or not that resolves the freezing problem for you?

SNG STT 6-9 max. Same problem. Hadn't made any ticket because I thought that is PokerStars Isue(they told it themselth through email). Yesterday in the midday 8 of 12(maybe 14) tournaments had frosen. In the evening session everythig was OK. But today in the midday i got the same isue again. Instead of playing poker I restarted tables from tournaments lobbies all session and watched if all tables are active. After PT update there was only one frozen tournament(from about 30). But yesterday evening everything was working pirfectly. How ever I don't have logs, and I don't have plans to play in the near future, it is just waste of money.I don't want to provide you with logs this way. Fix it please!!!!!( My specs : AMD-8150, WIN 8 russian loc, PT 4.12.1, starshelper, Table Optimiser, PS 7)

same here.. playing like 12 tbls mtt and only 2 is frozem.. always the same 2.. i close the tbls and open again and works.. yesterday night i played cash and the same happened.. hers ps ansewrs: Thank you for your email and we are sorry that you are experiencing these issues.

Our development team has looked extensively into the reports from players and it appears that the issues are caused by third party tools that you may have, such as PokerTracker or Hold'em Manager.

To eliminate the issue please shut down PokerStars and any third party tools, restart your machine, and make sure no third party tools start with Windows, and then start PokerStars without any third party tool.

It appears that once the issue has started, shutting down third party tools does not resolve it -- it's a machine restart without ever starting a third party tool that seems to resolve it.

Please rest assured that we have contacted the management teams at PokerTracker and Hold'em Manager to let them know there is a problem. We would also ask that you please contact the vendor of those tools for further information.

We will be considering refunds for all materially affected players. "Materially affected" means you missed a considerable number of hands and lost a significant portion of your chip stack due to blinds and antes. By sending this email you have already ensured any affected games will be subject to a thorough review, but if there is any further information you feel is pertinent to your specific case, please feel free to let us know.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and patience.

Regards,

Loriana

this is a problem in mtts and sngs too.... this is not just a problem with zoom tables mods. i complained to PS at first and got some buy ins refunded (i play 10-20 tables), but now i'm aware it's an issue between the two. i sent an email to both client's support so hopefully they can fix this. won't play until they do
