Yes, big problem in SpinAndGos, too. Played about 20 the last two days with the tracker, four of them frozen!

We haven't been able to reproduce any problems with tournaments yet, but we will continue to investigate. Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and find out what is going on. Please give us as much information about your session as possible so that we can narrow down the circumstances in which this happens.

If you do not play Zoom tables try turning off the Zoom Hud in Configure > Sites & Import Options > PokerStars and let us know whether or not that resolves the problem?

Thats kind of funny. Pokerstars wrote me an e-mail that they are in contact with you because of this problem and both are working to fix it. They say, we should turn off PT4 till this is solved by you....and that is what I am doing at the moment. Playing without HUD and it works now...no freezes any more, but I cant send you bugreports.

There have been two updates since the PokerStars changes to try to address the issues caused by those changes and the development team are working on the remaining issues.
However, we haven't yet been able to reproduce the freezing issue, so if you have this problem please tell us exactly what types of tables you were playing, and how many, when the freeze occurred so that we can try to reproduce it.

If you deactivate the HUD for Zoom, you can play MTTs, SNGs and all the other stuff with HUD. Zoom-HUD seems to be the main problem...
