Thanks for opening your tickets - we're investigating these reports but we haven't yet been able to reproduce the freeze so your logs help us narrow down the situation which causes it.

Ticket 161783. Sent more logs.

When the freezes happen do the tables unfreeze again or do you need to restart?

No. I need to close them and start new.
There are 2 types of freeze. 1) with the sitout button. When i press proceed playing it dissaperas for few seconds and then appears again. So i need to close the table. 2) without sitout button, the table just freeze with cards or without. And also i need to close it and to open new.
Probably they are the same and probably it only depends on the moment when the freeze occures.
So when table freeze I loose hand and need to close the table.

I play 2 tables. NL50 and one table freeze and I have to restart that table.

Tables still freeze when you play zoom. I have hard time believing you haven't been able to replicate it. I was 4 tabling 50 nl zoom and it froze twice within half an hour as I started playing.

Today it took playing 1.5k of zoom hands before 1st freezing. But the bug's still alive.

This is a different issue to the tables freezing - the Hud doesn't update for every hand at 25NL tables because some hands are missed. The development team are also working on a fix for this.

Can you confirm what behaviour you saw? Did the Hud fail to update for a hand, or did the whole table freeze?
What stakes were you playing?

If you do not play Zoom tables you should not have the Zoom Hud option enabled - you can turn it off via Configure > Sites & Import Options > PokerStars.
