2 Auto Notes not triggering

why don't these Auto-Notes get triggered (attached files)?

In the first you can't have "NOT any pair on the flop" and "Made one pair on flop ..." - these contradict each other.
I don't see any contradiction in the second. Check that the note is enabled in NoteTracker and try the Test tab for that hand to see if it triggers the note. If not, export your note and the hand history and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate for you.

In the first hand, looking just at the generated filter text, there is certainly a contradiction. Yet, the "NOT any pair on the flop" is generated within the "Board Texture" branch of the Filter Tree. As such, it is my understanding it refers solely to the community cards - not the Holding - intending to assure that the board isn't paired. The "Made one pair on flop" is generated in the "Hand Values" branch. So, where is my thinking process flawed?

As to the second hand, your suggestions had already been attempted, so I've sent you a Support Ticket.

SB shows Kd Kh (Two Pair, Kings and Nines)
(Pre 19%, Flop 13%, Turn 5%)

Hero shows As Ac (Two Pair, Aces and Nines)

The default filter for donking requires just calling preflop to bet postflop to take it away - thus 3bet and higher pots will not match that filter.

Ok. So how can I change the Donk filter to adress these 3B pre-flop pots?

Donk Flop catches 2bet pots. The easiest thing to do in addition is probably to use "OR Selected" so that either you donked or you called 3bet or called 4bet or called 5bet+ and out of position relative to the lead/aggressor on the flop and bet the flop.
