Opening Pokerstars tables within TableTracker

Hi, I seem to have the same issue, Table Tracker not openning pokerstars tables even though I am openning the client through TT and there seems to be no conflict with the lobby preferences. Any ideas? DO I need to run Pokerstars client as admin as well? How do I do that?

i have same issu on .com and not an admin issue.. it works 1% of the time, else it goes to the new lobby

In that case please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

will do... lalso i noticed after last pt update, table tracker returns shit or almost nothing and real fast, and your results are so cached that nothing is relevant by the time we poll... any idea as well ?\

Data from TableTracker PokerStars searches are currently matching pretty well for me, so if you're having a problem please open a Support Ticket as suggested above so that we can investigate further.
