does not get hands after update

Hi:


It was working fine this morning... and then the update....then the program does not get hands anymore.


Please advise ! I tried restarting machine.

I read the posts of other people ... and mine doesn't import ... I can't even get to the part where it crashes.

Please advise how to go back the version before .... that was working fine.


I use Mac. How do I un=install and then re-install older version ?

Which version exactly were you using before and which are you having trouble with now? If you're having trouble with 4.13.3 please send us your log file before downgrading (and let me know what version you want and I can get it for you). To send us your log click Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, and you can find the log by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder - just make sure you cause the problem to happen before attaching the file to our ticket system.

i am having the same problem with my pt4 aswell. downloaded the v4.13.3 and now i have no hands logged and i cant figure it out.

4.13.2 had problems Getting Hands While Playing on OS X. 4.13.1 for OS X is here. Please anybody with this problem send us a support ticket with logs before downgrading.
