How often do you purge auto notes?

i have a serious build up[ of notes on some players, just wondering what limit of time do people use on autonotes? Like do you purge all and the run notes for say only the last 30 days?

If you go to a new limit do you just purge all before that?

Honestly I wouldn't expect people to play radically differently moving up one limit. It somewhat depends on what kind of note buildup you have and what notes you've set though. I could see people going either way.
