Note Tracker doesn't take notes during the game

Hey, guys. For some reasons NT doesn't take notes while i'm playing. And after the game, when I look at Status tab in NT, it says that all hands processed. I'm sure that my definitions are correct (I've tested them). I have latest version of PT4 (v4.14.8). What might be wrong here? if I have to contact with support team on this problem, which sub-category do I have to choose for placing my message?

Please send us a support ticket - include a hand that should trigger and a note that didn't trigger it and we'll look into it for you. Whichever category is fine - request it be reassigned to me and I'll take care of you
