TableTracker Searches not working on Pokerstars

When I try to scan with TableTracker on stars it is coming back with no results. Any ideas why?Thanks

I know we had issues with searching there not long ago - I'll ask and see what I can find out for you.

Hi,

I ams till having a problem with using Table Tracker, whenever I try to complete a search the timer gets to 3 seconds and freezes both Table Tracker and PT4. This really was a great function, that when not working it degrades the point of using PT4.

Having searched the forums, this seems to be a common occurrence, yet the responses and feedback given is both insufficient and fails to outline any solution or acknowledgement that this is a problem.

Not Impressed, please help and restore my faith in what was a good product.

We are aware of this problem and the TableTracker development team are working on some major changes at the moment, one of which will be to address this. Please open a Support Ticket about the issue so that we can send you a notification when the fix is released.

Not yet, but I know that the development team have been looking into this and we hope to have a TableTracker update soon. If you want to receive a notification when the update is released please open a Support Ticket about the issue.
