Does PT have any advice on the best way to import America's Cardroom hand histories in the meantime while full support for the client is being developed?

When I go to the directory where my ACR hand history files are saved and import them they are all rejected as errors. I've been playing 0.25/0.50 tables and only have the small stakes edition of PT, if that makes a difference.

Related question - is there an error log I can review to see why specifically these imports failed?

Please just send us the hand history file via our support system and we'll take a look for you.

The latest version of the WPN Mac client is missing out header information from the hand histories so these hands cannot currently be imported. We hope that WPN will release an update soon to correct this, but the development team are looking into whether we may be able to work around this missing data in case they don't.

I have that bug too, I have a IMAC and i start playing on WPN americancardroom and my hands not imported..

As soon as WPN fixes the hand history bug the properly formatted hands will import.

Don't come out with an update saying you support ACR on Mac if it doesn't even work... Even if it is their fault.

Any updates on this issue? Been dealing with this for over a year. Can't get accurate tracking of my results with ACR....
