well i found out by myself that it isnt related to the internet, but im doing hands at 60 h/s now on average, takes me 3 hours to get through 40mb does this sound strangely slow to you guys with a good computer? i sent a support ticket about this and they gave me a few instructions database/database management/housekeeping then run reindex, cluster, vacume and analyse, not too sure what it was suppose to do , should it have taken around half an hour to do each one? they didnt improve the speed so i dont know where else to look, my internet currently is pretty slow but since it's not related it seems that decreasing from 180 h/s to 60 avg is pretty strange

Imports will get a little slower as your database gets bigger, but that does seem too large a change. Please follow up in your ticket where we have your information.

i did, anyway what's the average time for importing hands? (h/s?) how big should my database get max? is uploading one million hands at a time better of is it better to just do a 100k?

It's very system dependent - you could try doing a 100k batch and see how it goes and decide from there. That will give you the best estimate.

Are these original hands that you have played yourself or datamined hands?

Datamined hands are often written not in sequential order and that makes the imports much slower. Most sites also ban datamining outright, so you may want to check to make certain that your site doesn't have a problem with it. Since datamining is so frowned on by the industry at large we will not be changing PokerTracker 4 to make these kinds of hands import faster.

it just took me 17 hours to purge 1.3m hands then this came up and i just ended pt4 with alt+cnrl+del, because i didnt want to wait another 60 hours, however after doing this, though my database size still remains unchanged at 44gb
