Hands not showing in results

Hi,


I have a bug in my poker tracker 4 MAC trial version. it’s not showing any of my hands in the results.
There is played hands sure, and stats from them, but not hand by hand. If u know that i mean...

I can some times "see" them by right clicking where they should be, but it won't replay or anything.
Hands are straight from table, not imported. .log file is attached.

Or is this some sort trial thing? Can't use the whole program?

That sounds like you are not going deep enough into your PokerTracker 4 reports to view the individual hands - please take a look at this tutorial video. If that's not the problem then please attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on.

Screenshot attached. Yep, no hands, no where. only stats.

In any report which shows your individual hands one per row, there is a bar at the top for selecting tagged hands and you have "1 Tags Selected" so it is filtering your report to just the hands with that tag. Make certain that the drop down says "No Tags Selected" by selecting it and unchecking any checked tags and you should then see your hands.
