Did that and the update was done for 20 mins. Now I have to reimport my hands.I'm going to write here if everything is ok after I finish playing and then import the hands.

I think everything is fixed but can't see NoteCaddy on the tables. Can you send a screenshot of what should it look like on the tables when correctly working?

Have you added NoteCaddy information to your HUD? You need to do that or use one of the included NoteCaddy HUD profiles - see this guide for details.

I'm not sure if I added that info. I thought everything is set up doing everything I did already and I thought Notecaddy will show something like a general profile update. I went in the HUD profile editor to check out NC's options but I'm really confused with all it's stats and can't really figure out a way to make use of it. Any advice?

Depending on the options you chose when installing NoteCaddy you may have an Edge profile available for Cash and/or Tournaments available in the PokerTracker 4 HUD Profile Editor which you can try out on the tables. These profiles already have NoteCaddy badges on the HUD itself and NoteCaddy stats/notes in the popups and there are further details on what's included in the 'NoteCaddy Coaching Pack Files' that would have been downloaded to your desktop. For more information on NoteCaddy there is the NoteCaddy FAQ and if you have any questions then you can let us know in the NoteCaddy forum or in a NoteCaddy Support Ticket.

During PostgreSQL installation, i get warning "Problem running post-installation step. Installation may not complete correctly. The database cluster initialisation failed". So, then PT4 can not conect to Postgre. I don't see Postgre running in list of services. And what is a proper version of PostgreSQL for Vista operating system, 32 bit? (tried out 8.3 and 9.3 versions). Checked probably everything (fireawall, UAC off, secondary logon on, etc.) Help plz.

PostgreSQL v8.3 is very old so we recommend using PostgreSQL v9.3. Also when the PostgreSQL install failed it would have left a log of this on your computer here:

C:\Users\SOME_NAME\AppData\Local\Temp

In this folder there should be a file called "install-postgresql.log", "initdb.log" or something with "bitrock", "postgresql" or "postgres" in the name - please send us that file in a Support Ticket and one of our technicians can take a look at that. If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer you should refer to this guide.

Hey , i got same problem im trying do this update 2nd time, once was 24h and now 12h. Should i stop it again and change settings in notecaddy to do it quicker ?

If you have unprocessed NoteCaddy notes before doing the database update then PokerTracker 4 will not be able to complete the database update until all notes have been processed so I'd recommend shutting PokerTracker 4 down in your task manager. Next restart PokerTracker 4 and say 'No' to the database update and then in NoteCaddy go to 'File -> Settings' and disable 'Automatically start note taking process at launch'. Finally restart PokerTracker 4 and then try the database update again which should be able to complete much more efficiently.
