icon PT4 don`t open

Hello, everybody!
icon PT4 don`t work, i can not to open it to save layout / Pokerstars.
I opened support ticket with logs, but maybe somebody met this problem before. How can I solve the problem?

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue.
PT4, MacOS High Sierra, Pokerstars. The icon does not open and so I cannot save my hud layout.

Does somebody has an idea?

If this problem is only outside of your primary monitor then that's a known issue on High Sierra. If you want to be notified when a fix for this is available then please open a Support Ticket.

I have the exact same thing on my MacBook pro. single monitor, help please guys. I opened a ticket still no reply . Only bought software 2 days ago no problems before then.
