Support for Winning Poker Network - new client

I play on Americas Card Room on Winning Poker Network. They changed software today. PT4 no longer works. Will there be an update and if so is there an estimated timeframe?

Yes, we're aware of this change and the development team are working to add support for the updated application. I don't have an exact timeframe yet as we don't know exactly how complex the change will be yet, but we'll be pushing a PT4 update out as soon as it's ready.

I am new here. Only had PT4 for about 2 months. How do I go about opening up a Support Ticket so I am notified when this update is ready?

The work is progressing well but it isn't quite ready. I can't give you an exact timeframe, but I expect the first test version to be available in the next day or two.
