888 Snap Hud

I believe i have the latest version of pt4 and my hud isn't working on 888 poker. (actually, I have version 4.17.2, where is the new one?)

As for those who have problem with multiple snap table, it used to do it to me too IF i opened 2-3 tables of snap and THEN start poker tracker.
If i had it grabbing hands, and adding tables one after the other it was fine. (just something to verify maybe)

When playing 2 or 3 tables of the same Snap stake the HUD is now often appearing on the wrong table and/or is struggling to keep up in general (all was fine until the recent 888 and subsequent PT4 update). All is working fine if single-tabling Snap though.

It seems like the HUD is now guessing which is the correct table to attach to whereas previously there was something directing it to the right place.

True, the HUD is now often appearing on the wrong table.

Came in to report this exact issue, if you play 1 table of snap it's fine, if you start adding more it get's messed up. I see the hud from table 2 on table 1 for exemple

There isn't a new version. The update for this downloads automatically in the background when PokerTracker 4 is restarted and doesn't require an update to PokerTracker 4. If your Snap HUD isn't working after restarting please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket so we can check your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

Just wanted to inform that the second update didn't fix the out of place HUD issue (at least for me).
I submitted a ticket since the beginning of these HUD problems. I just updated the ticket and waiting feedback from support.

Did some quick testing and it looks like the issue has been fixed for me after the last hotfix. I'll do more testing later and in case it comes back up I'll report it here and to the support. Thank you!

When I tested I didn't notice that Hero's HUD is not showing.
All other HUDs are showing in the right place.

I reopened the support ticket to report this.

I also can't see the Heros HUD since the last update. Villains HUDs are appearing fine.
