PT4 wont even open -- "unexpectedly quits" immediately

I just downloaded PT4 on my m1 macbook pro. I run the installer, and move the app into my applications folder. Upon trying to open it for the first time, it immediately shows the following error "Pokertracker 4.app has unexpectedly quit" and another error box that pops up says 'Pokertracker 4 cannot be opened'.

Nothing has been set up, nothing else opens, just these errors immediately after moving it to the applications folder.

Any help? This is super weird and i cannot find any other articles/threads about a similar issue. I've seen people with issues with the PostGRES database, but i cant even install it or do any of the initial setup.

Please delete the original download, uninstall the app by dragging it to the trash and then download/install it again:

Download PokerTracker 4

If that doesn't change anything please open a Support Ticket and one of our technicians can give you further assistance.

i have a similar issue. The latest update with the optimization for macOS Ventura doesn't run. No matter what I did yet, Poker Tracker doesn't run anymore since the update. Can anyone help me to solve this problem, please? Do I need to send a ticket?

Please try this with PokerTracker 4 closed down:

Open the Security & Privacy window in System Preferences.
Choose Accessibility on the left.
Click the lock in the bottom left to make changes, if required.
Select PokerTracker 4 and click the "-" (minus) below to remove the permission.

Then try starting PokerTracker 4 again. If that doesn't change anything please open a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the error you are receiving and one of our technicians can give you further assistance.

After you've removed the permission and restarted PokerTracker 4 then the permissions need to be allowed:
