PT4 and PostgreSQL 9.6 download on Mac

Hello,

I have a Mac and downloaded PT4. When I try to open it, it just loads and never opens. I also manually downloaded PostgreSQL 9.6 with those recommended passwords and the image below popped up. I need help these issues, please and thank you!

A technician will get back to you in your ticket. In the meantime you can try manually downloading and installing PostgreSQL v12 from here and for the two password boxes use 'dbpass' (no quotes) which is what PokerTracker 4 uses by default. If that PostgreSQL installs successfully then try starting PokerTracker 4.
