Hand Grabber no longer working

I have been using the ignition hand grabber for 2 years now with little to no issues. All of a sudden PT4 doesn't detect any tables that are being played. I play 99.99% tournaments, what is going on with it? I am running v4.15.34

There are a few other threads about this in this forum - the development team are investigating what changed in the revent Ignition updates. Please open a Support Ticket if you would like to receive a notification when the fix is pushed out.

Ah I just saw this.

I had the issue a while ago (maybe 1-3 weeks), seemed to be working again up to this morning (20 hours ago) but now not working after re-starting both Ignition and PT4 several times...

Unfortuantely this issue is not consistent. We have not been able to reproduce it ourselves, and there are a mix of reports of it not working at all or working at some tables. This makes it much harder to track down, but I'm sure the development team will get it resolved.
