Once again Hand Grabber not working......why does there seem to be so many issues lately.....getting ridiculous

This might not be related to the hand grabber so can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can check your logs to see what's happening here. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

1. Try restarting Ignition.

2. If that doesn't help then restart PokerTracker 4 with the Ignition client closed.

3. If the issue persists please go to 'PokerTracker -> Apps -> Ignition Hand Grabber -> Status'. In the Status window, click the 'Gear' icon and select 'Create Support Bundle'. Save this file to your computer and then attach it to a support ticket here.

just wanted to say thankyou for the help and im sorry for being rude in my previous post i was losing my mind at the time haha. the problem was actually related to jurojin. if i started jurojin after pt4 and ignition was open it would stop the hand grabber and it would lose the tables. just thought id post in case anyone reads this. gl otg gents and thanks again hippo and im sorry for being a dick!

Thanks for the update and for letting us know about the cause. Other applications that interact with the poker software can definitely interfere with such a delicate process as grabbing hands, so I'm glad to hear that you got it sorted.
