Database on desktop & laptop simultaneously

How do i do this? I use play poker mostly on my desktop but I also want to be able to play on my laptop. Do I have to manually import the DB to the laptop and vice versa every time I want to do this? Or do I set up a network? What's the best way? Thanks

While it isn't officially supported if your desktop is always on while playing from the laptop you could have them sharing the same PostgreSQL/database:

Another option is to keep both your databases manually synchronized with a setup like this:
