Database Performance slow

Postby Kryoniker » Tue Apr 16, 2024 8:45 am

Hello, I just made a clean installation of Pokertracker on an imac M1. from the beginning after importing my hands, Pokertracker told me to make a Database Housekeeping, which I did already several times, but the Hud still comes with a delay of around three hands. so I made the same installation on a MAcbook with an intel processor, but still the same. I am using PT 4.17.13.1 and PostgreSQL v12.15. Anyone an idea or solution

So a technician can follow up on this with you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

I have the same issue having just installed on a brand new Macbook Air M3. Did you find a solution to this issue?
