If I set back time BEFORE I start HUD it works then I can set date to normal

I've sent three messages regarding my registration reverting back to an expired trial version (for the second time in two months). Unlike the last time this happened my registration has also been flagged. I've received no reply from support. I'm beginning to think that the the tech staff has intoduced software changes which have caused them to lose control over the product. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might get a reasonably timely response from support?

The guys are back now, so hopefully it should be fixed soon, although it doesn't seem to be a universal issue this time.

Do you also have one from a previous PAH purchase? Is so, try that code instead.
