That doesn't work either. The link you gave worked fine until step 8. Up to that point everything went pretty much ok. Step 6 I was told to open Poker Tracker, and once I did, I got the same Windows Jet error. I clicked cancel so that Icould continue this process. After step 7, (where I hit the configure button and wrote down the folder I had created in step 2, I went to click the ok button and got the following error message instantly: "Database error - Error deleting from PREFS table: The error was: 0 - Transaction not connected". I'm at a loss here... Don't know what else to try as that link you gave didn't work either. Until the end anyway. Any other suggestions or do I just need to download PT v2 again and then contact you for a new product ID/registration code? If you don't know any other things for me to try, a big thanks anyway for helping out as much as you could.

I decided to try one more thing. I opened up PT again, and again I got Windows Jet-thigney, but this time I clicked ok, and I got that password/username admin-thing. From that box, on the right there were folders, so I opened PokerTracker's folder, chose the "ptrack"-file. then I just clicked ok on the password part, and now I got far enough to start and force the hand exporting. It's still in the process so I don't know how it'll end up. Regardless, even if PT doesn't work properly, if it works by clicking on the ptrack filename and then ok, it's no prob.
