Auto Import not working for Mansio

Hello,

I have been through the documents and forum several times and I can't get the auto import to work for Mansion, but it works fine for Poker stars. The last time I closed PT3 I got an error message stating " Couldn't terminate thread error6: handle is invalid". Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have hand histories being written for Mansion?
Remind me which network it's on?

I have about 32,000 hands for Mansion and they manually import fine. As for the config guides I've read and re-read them numerous times but I can't get Mansion to work, but like I said Stars works fine.

i'll try and set up a Mansion/Autoimport on our test-bed, see if it works ok, won't be till tommorow, i'm on GMT over here...

People are definitely using OnGame.
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log files (zip/compress them first) to the
Support system , and link to this thread.

Alright, I will submit the log later today.

I do have a question though, after the manual import is complete the "clustered" file that is created is an additional .db file within the hand history folder. So when setting up the Auto Import Options within the Ongame Configuration Tab, do you just select the new file created by the manual import? The message that appears in the import status states: Ongame Auto Import started, 0 files found to process. Is this because I've chosen the original.db file to import from?
