Stats not popping up on FT

Hi

I'm having problems with PAHUD displaying the stats on FT. Once I sit at a table, it will work and load up the stats of players with hands > 10, it will continue to refresh their stats but however if a new player sits down that players stats will never show up (even when in my db there hands are >10, some where even at 500 hands and no stats popped up).
In order for me to display those players stats that just sat down I have to exit pahud and re-open it before it actually displays their stats.

Would anyone know what is wrong ? I set up the hand history and everything properly via the tutorial and I don't think its my setup?
I am using the database caching too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you using the latest PAH version 1.19.6?

I would suggest a bit of a housekeeping which can prevent problems.
With Full Tilt stopped, open the FTP\Hand History folder and see if there are any old .tmp files. If there are, remove them. These should be removed by the FT software when you close the table, but sometimes some get left behind and if too many build up it can cause problems for PAHud.

There are no .tmp files. I have no idea why it doesnt work =\

OK, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
