HUD not starting for tourneys after Pokerstars update?

Hello!

My hud wont start after the pokerstars update. The handhistory is importing, but the hud doesn´t start. This is for tourneys(20 table S&G), not tryed CC. Whats wrong?

Are you not getting any import errors? Anyone else having the same issues with tournaments? Please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file and PokerTrackerHUD.log file found at C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3, (not in the logs sub-directory), to a Support Ticket along with your tournament hand history file. Please compress the files and make sure the file name isn't longer than 20 characters.

HUD doesn`t start since the new update on PS (SNG`S one table).

I have the exact same issue. Everything runs fine in PT3 but there is no hud and no "show cards at showdown".
So when you are playing it just seem like PT3 is not running and when you look at PT3 all seem fine and it imports fine.

Swenna: I got the same problem after upgrading. I played two 1 table SnG´s and HUD doesn´t work. Also import of tourneys results was not OK. Importing of final positions of players was OK but importing of SnG duration failed. By PT these both SnG´s I played only for 1minute.

Looks like others also have the same problem.

There is no import errors. Yust sent you the files you needed!!!

Thanks guys. I believe this is caused by the same HH changes as the ones that the cash game players are reporting. The development team is aware of the issues and Beta 17 should be out later tonight as a fix.
