Mine still won't work. When I load pt3 there is no automatic update. Is there a menu option to automatically search for updates or what?

Download beta 17 and it will work.

you have to do the housekeeping and it will run faster too

Same problem for me. Cash games import fine but the HUD is dead. It does not start. No HUD, no mucked cards, nothing.

Thanks for the quick update on this! One question. Is Beta 17 is backwards compatible with old Pokerstars hand histories? For example, if I ever need to import an old hand history into Beta 17, it will work, right?

buffbebyn - I had PT3 build 2, and re-installed with beta 17. It seems to work fine with Pokerstars and kept my layout configuration.
