What If I currently have build 2?
I dont know the difference between that and beta 17
can i download the beta 17 and have it work fine or do i need to wait for a new build 2?

I quit PT, installed the latest version (without SQL), then restarted PT. I am still getting the same error messages....

Yes, download Beta 17 if you're playing on Stars. It should improve plenty of things since Build 2 either way.
