Hello, got the same problem in PT3 since last PS update

Yes, it's a known issue - that's what this whole thread is about.
You need to get Beta 17 from the download page.

Beta 17, which I re-downloaded and installed 5 mins. ago(9:00 am PST) does not solve the problem.

Ok, I have no clue how to zip/compress a file. I am using PokerTracker v3.00 build 2 and I get:

"2008/09/04 16:26:19: PokerStars: Error: Invalid hand history line: PokerStars Game #20146197326: Hold'em No Limit ($0.05/$0.10) - 2008/09/04 16:25:05 ET"

For every cash game hand.

You need to get Beta 17 - Stars changed their hand histories again.
Download and install PT3.

Hi guys. Just turned my computer on for the first time in a couple of days and realized that Stars isn't importing cash games. Before I made a new thread I decided to see if anyone else was having this problem. I see Im not the only one. I dont want to be another thorn in your side so Im just looking for the cliffnotes.. I see beta 17 but I also see a lot of negatives written about downloading it. Should I just hang on for another day or so to see what comes about...? Thanks

No import errors but HUD not working at all, ive done housekeeping and nothing

I take it that you had the HUD working before, so stars is installed in English and running as Administrator if you're using Vista?
