Problems importing PS-files

Postby Beeblebreed » Sun Feb 24, 2008 3:03 pm

Hi everybody,

just downloaded the latest PT3-Version (Beta 4).
I actually tried to import my Pokerstars-Hand-History. This doesn't work.
I both tried "Auto"- and Manual-Mode. Didn't forget to checkmark "Auto".

Was a little surprised that i didn't find data in my Pokerstars/Handhistory-Folder?
Do i have to look somewhere else for the data?
Any idea? Thanks for your help in advance.

Did the Import Status show any files being loaded? Have you checked the directory to make sure there are actually files there to import?

No, the Hand-History-Folder of PS "C:\Programme\PokerStars\handhistory" ist empty and i wonder why.
So I chose the folder above. But i think those are the wrong files.

I don't play at Stars so I'm not sure how the HH files work, but a general PT thought..
Have you imported these hands into PT2? Do you have PT2 moving files after processing?

Do you have your PokerStars language set to English? If not, you need to do so.

Hello

I've had the same problem. With English it works now.
But I've got over 12'000 hands played in PokerStars with all hand histories on my harddisk in German now. How can I get them into the statistics of PokerTracker?

Best regards

Send them to us in a support ticket. I'll see how much effort is involved in supporting multiple language hand histories.
