I was really looking forward to upgrade to PT3, but this behaviour forces me to HM.

Sorry guys, but have fun enjoying your software

So Josh did answer at 2+2 but did not even care to answer here in his "own" forum?????? How ignorant!

If I understand correctly the change PP made is really small and could probably be handled in minutes. And he is not able to release a patch as all the others can?

OMG, what happened to this great software??

It is time for me to have a look at the market.

This is very, very bad. I can't wait for 2 weeks, bring the patch out to keep your good reputation.

I used to appreciate PTO and PaHud support for a long time, and really liked those products. But the two weeks of waiting for a patch seem really ridiculous, indeed.

It's sad they aren't going to support properly their loyal customers anymore.

Is there any other software on a market with support for Omaha games? I'll buy it in a glimpse of an eye...

I feel pretty much the same and I´m glad I didn´t purchase PT3 - saved myself a lot of anger.
Makes me wonder what PT2-Pat might think about this. After all, as far as I understand, it´s his baby (he sold to them  ).

Besides: I understand they are not happy supporting PAH eternal for free, so in principle I´d be willing to contribute a reasonable fee for a fixed time support.

I'm ready to pay $300 per year for PT2, PTO and PAHUD updates. I don't need PT3, because it's not working and it doesn't support omaha. I think many agree with me when I say, that PT2, PTO and PAHUD are great programs many years to come. I think many people are ready to pay money to get updates.

I think Party Poker is also ready to pay for quick PAHUD update, because they are losing customers.

Please, never stop PT2, PTO or PAHUD updates. Ask money if you have to, but don't stop the updates.

It is obvious that this delay is to nudge us into using PT3. Myself finally decided to switch brands to HEM. I am no idiot and if you are going to treat me like one I am gone.

Shame. PT2 and PAH did exactly what I wanted in a light weight fashion. But I really can't afford to be reliant on undersupported software or developers of undersupported software. There is zilch chance of me using PT3 when you have shown this behaviour towards supporting your own product. Too much of a risk this will keep repeating itself.

Fortunately, the changes required for PA Hud were less than originally anticipated. A new version of PA Hud is on its way. For some reason, the http://pokeracesoftware.com website is down. As soon as it's back up, I'll be able to release the new version. Shouldn't be more than a couple hours *at most*.

Sorry for the inconvenience and your patience is appreciated.
