I forgot to say that I got the files from PT3! I exported them from PT3 to my hard drive and then tried to import them manually to PT2.

Yes you are correct. I compared my exported .txt hand histories with my processed .hhf hand histories. In the processed hh there are these "Game XXXX starts." line at the end of each hand. And in my exported hh from PT3 the "Game XXXX starts." lines aren't there.
So it would be really nice if you could fix this problem with the export function for the next release
