I believe that's the result of a caching issue. Please try updating the database cache on the affected databases again in Beta 20 and see if that resolves the issue for you.

I done this few times but no luck. Plus, I noticed that stats showing in Hud are different from looking in Tracker screen. I did recently created another Database for observed hands. Could this be a problem?

How different are your stats?
Have you got both databases configured to be used? (HUD Options tab of hud config window)
Do you have filters set, or Player Ranges defined? These can affect which of a player's stats are shown.

I only have one filter "Plalyed since 2008/01/01", all observe hands go to new "Observe DB". Everything from new DB are not showing in PT but data does show in HUD. I only created new DB in October. My Main DB showing us "Default/Active". Not sure what else to check. Only observed hands are missing.

Ah, right.
You can only have one database at a time open in the main application reports. If you want to see your stats in the main application you will need to make your new "Observe DB" the active database.
Database -> Set Active Database.

That did work, thank you. In order to have "Player Icon" in HUD, do I need to keep observer DB as active?

The player icon is currently taken from the active database, yes. I believe there are plans to have the icon taken from the largest database in future.

In last few weeks my Poker Stars is freezing during tournament plays, it happens multiply times during same tournament. Any known issues? It happens during HUD run.

Also, during Poker Stars tournaments HUD data is not updated often on every hand. It happens like every 4th\5th hand for everyone but my own stats. Mine gets updated every hand. is this something to do with my setting or known issue?

More inconsistency after I started to store observed hands in separate DB.
I made Observer DB (ODB) as my active. I only have 60K hands so far. I also created new Main DB (MDB) for Played Hands. During my own play I found players in ODB but their stats did not show correctly in HUD. I did configure HUD to take data from both DBs. What is more interesting I did try to stop and restart HUD which change stats for some players to show only stats from this session where before restart it did show correct stats. I also saw Player Icon displayed correctly for some players but stats were not.
The whole point to use 2 DBs is to separate stats. However, this creates many problems and inconsistency. I did run House Keeping and still did not help. I did not have these problems when used one DB. Any suggestions?
HUD again was jumpy and not being updated for several hands.
