As players have more hands, you don't need their stats to update, so you probably have 'Refresh Rates' configured on the HUD Options tab. See the Advanced HUD Guide.

If you have a problem with your stats, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

That ticket is marked as a bug by our lead developer so it will be addressed, but you probably won't get a response until it has been fixed and ready for release. Please be patient - there are a lot of issues to be addressed but yours won't be forgotten about.

I don't know when it will be released, but progress is being made and alpha tested at the moment.
The next release will have (amongst other things) Boss Media support and tournament summary entry improvements including POP3 email support.

Sites will be added in the order specified here. Supported sites in commercial release?.
The intention is to have most sites supported by the end of the year, but I don't have any specific dates for you.

Does it crash at any particular times? When you are doing something specific? Only when the HUD is running?
Have you submitted a log file about this?

Could you please check ticket 38154. I replied on Nov 9, and haven't heard back since. There are two issues:

1) the layout goes wrong with the private tables - something to do with PT3 struggling to understand whether they're 5-max tables or 10-max tables. In fact, PT3 doesn't need to distinguish between them since Ongame always uses 10-max tables, even if only 5 can actually sit down

2) Hero stats keep appearing if I sit out for a bit.

Thanks
