Problems with freezing computer during sessions

Hi support.
My computer is running v. slowly whilst running PT2

I have compacted the poker and hand history databases as suggested but the problem still occurs.

It appears that the problem may occur when PT moves the proccesed files to another folder, because it keeps asking me to do this when I open the 'auto-import full tilt hand histories' window, despite the fact that i have set PT to moves the files since I started playing at FT.

Any solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Close the auto-import window and reopen it.
Check the Enable Logging box and then click the Force Import button.
After it finishes, click the View Log link and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.

Many of those files are Omaha and Stud files, you need to manually move those, PT2 doesn't move non-Hold'em files.
This should not impact subsequent imports though. If they are slow, you have the auto-rate on import option selected. Make sure you have it setup to not auto-rate your own stats as it details in this FAQ...
