New computer. Can't get PT to import hands

Hello support.
I've just set up PT2 and HUD on my new computer to play on FullTilt.
Despite following all the help instructions for the Auto-Import hand histories, no hands are importing into PT2.
Any suggestions?

I'm moving this question to the PTv2 forum where you'll get a better response. Once you've got PTv2 importing hands then we'll work on getting your HUD set up.

If you are using Vista then you need to read this FAQ
