Boss Media importing all hands but not mine

I fianally managed to import all hands form Boss Media, but my hands don't exit, when I go to the settings at poker tracker holdèm and look up all the boss media players I can't find my name. When I play at a boss media site and the hud is activated I see ---problems--- instead of my name. What can I do to settle this? Thanks in advance

What is your screen name? There have been a few known issues with special characters, but we thought those were mostly resolved in Beta 24.

Today is was better, I am now able to see my name and stats at hud, when I activate PT3 for BMN but my hand are still not imported I can see my oponents hands, but not my stats and hands. But when I look up my stats at the summary area of PT3 I can see my results at BMN. Maybe someone has an idea whats going on. Ty

If you click the Settings button on the top of the Texas Holdem tab, then click Search, let the box populate with a list of players, is your screen name in the list? If so, click it and click "OK" and your screen name will be set to the default screen name to use.

Do you see hands importing as you play?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
