Tourney Data Is Not Displayed

I have the same problem.
I have this error message (after message "Loading...") :
"Unable to execute query: SELECT id_player, id_site, player_name, val_icon FROM player WHERE id_player > 0 AND id_player_alias = 0 AND id_player in ( SELECT DISCTINCT tourney_holdem_results.id_player".

I ran 3 times Housekeeping and the problem came back.

Small precision :
When I haven't a filter, it works fine.
When I try to filter between 01 January 2009 and 31 January 2009, the player list don't display.
I had try an other date interval (between 04 January 2009 and 31 January 2009) and the player's list is diplay.

Maybe somes tournaments didn't update correctly.

Can you help me please?

i tried removing the filter, but that didnt fix the issue for me. and my housekeeping is still not completing. its stuck in the clustering phase.

Clustering can take a while for large databases - this isn't something that PT3 controls directly, so you would be better to let it run and finish.

Can you all please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

i let it run for 2 hours just for clustering. i let it complete the day before. seems like a issue.

is there some other log that would be helpful for my housekeeping issue? the poker tracker log only states:

eventually, i'll need to use the task manager to kill PT.

Junkie - I assume you're running everything as Administrator in Vista?
ATTENTION: Windows VISTA users, you must read this...

If you let it complete the day before that is fine - you don't need to do it again.
How long did you let it run analysing?
I would suggest just starting it off and letting it run housekeeping overnight - if it hasn't finished in the morning, send us the log file.

I have only 3 log files :
- PokerTrackerHud.log
- AutoImportXXXXXXXX.log
- ManualImportXXXXXXXX.log

I don't have a file as pokertracker.log! Normaly, this file appears when an error is detected no?

The pokertracker.log file is always written if you have logging enabled. It is in the main PT3 folder, not the logs folder.
It may be called "PokerTracker (text document)" if you have file extensions turned off.

just opened a ticket. attached my log. after importing new hhs the tourney data didnt refresh. i had to run housekeeping. i stopped it too early in my previous attempts. this time i left and let it run. it completed after 4 hours. now the tourney data is showing up.
