Build 4 Upgrade: HUD not showing Hero stats

I've just upgraded to Build 4, but my HUD doesn't display my stats. All other players are displayed as normal, except mine... I play on PokerStars.

Have you run housekeeping since upgrading? Click Database --> Housekeeping and run a full housekeeping on your database and see if that helps.

I created a new db and manually imported all HH from an export of old DB. It runs all housekeeping on completion of manual import..

Do you have a group set to show on table for everyone, or a hero only group that isn't showing? If you have one group set to show for everyone on table except hero, that obviously won't show your stats.

No, just the standard groups:
'Player Stats' - Show on table for everyone
'Default Popup' - Popup use only

This worked fine for me before I upgraded, I went from beta 23 to build 4, missing out beta 24.

I tried this as you suggested, but still no hero stats

In that case, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing for one full orbit then zip up and attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Layouts.pt3 files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
