Popups no longer siplay after adding additional group

I wanted to add a third HUD group to display table averages. I have tried this repeatedly before and found that after adding the third group of stats that the Default Popup stats will no longer display.

I have not altered the popup group stats in any way. The group I added was 3 stats, type: normal, show: Table Averages, popup: none.

I just tried to add a Table Averages group again just now, and again the popup for the Default Popup stats no longer functions.

I have tried every single display setting for the new and Default Popup stat groups and nothing makes the popup stats work again. I have added to and removed a statistic from the Default Popup group. I have deleted the new group, and even after deleting the new stats group, the Default Popup group will not function. I have changed the "show" type to all other settings and then back to "popup use only" (when I do this the stats display just fine so I know they're there, they just don't work as a popup anymore). I have clicked "reset" in the on table hud options. I have stopped and restarted the hud. I have opened and closed the application.

The one thing I have not tried is to completely delete and rebuild the Default Popup group because there are so many stats and it would be sooooo cumbersome to do, besides which, doing so shouldn't be necessary to get the goddamn thing to work as I haven't changed anything.

Only uninstalling and reinstalling PT3, and thus deleting all of my PT3 settings, allows the popup to work again...until I try to add another stat group. Rinse and repeat.

Edit: I also just tried making a new stat group and making it the popup stats by changing the default Popup group to "display on table for hero only" and that new group does not popup either so apparently adding another group doesn't effect the existing groups, it effects PT3's ability to display a popup at all.

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing for one full orbit then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

I have more than three groups displaying on my HUD (I have 5) and my popup groups work without problems, so we will need your logs to look into what could be causing this for you.

To get a popup group to show you need to tell the OTHER group to use that popup group. So check your 'Player Stats' group, and make sure that's Popup: field is set to 'Default Popup'. If it is set to 'none' then no popup will be shown.
