problems with download

i downloaded PT 2 from this site. Installed full version, patch and help files, but program doesnt start.

I am making double click on this icon .. nothing happens. If I try it again, then comes message that says the program is already running.

Can someone plz help. (i bought PT 3, so PT 2 should come with it aswell)
