PT2 has stopped importing hands on Stars.

Postby adsudler » Sun Mar 01, 2009 6:27 pm

I have been unable to import hands for about 2 weeks. I keep getting the 'No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import' message when I run tracker. This happens when I click the Force Import button also. Is there a patch that I missed for this problem?

Are you using Vista? If so, are you running all your poker software as administrator like you need to be?
Have you checked the folder you have told PT to look for the files in? Are there any files there??

I am running XP om my PC. There are files in my 253 designated folder, but the last file is dated 1/25/09.

Then you need to make sure you have PokerStars setup to save the files and that you are looking at the right folder. Click the help link at the top right corner of the Stars auto-import window where it describes how to do this.
