Stats in PT3 show:

(hands) 2,607
(amount won) $3,175.58
(BB/100) 121.81

Amount won should be at +€378 if it'd be correct.

I got to say that I manually importet some HH files twice so there were duplicates. Could that have anything to do with it?

"Duplicates" are not imported, so that's not it.
Please zip the hand history files (export them first if you don't still have the original HH files, right click -> Send to Compressed Folder) and attach them to a ticket on the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Another problem with Entraction: Mucked cards are not always shown. Only when the player showed them already at showdown but not when he mucks on showdown.

PT3 only uses those hands that went to showdown and does not take side pots into account. If HL does this, it would explain the differences.

BTW, PT3 will take everything into consideration once the values are saved into the database.

So am I correct in thinking that if a short stacker goes all in for say $3. Two other people call so the 'main pot' is $9. Then the side pot between player 1 and player 2 goes up to like $100 it won't get taken into account?

I don't want it to seem like I'm annoyed, just wanted to make it clear so I don't pay too much attention to the discrepancy until a few beta's time.

That's correct. At this time, it doesn't look at the portion of the pot you're competing for, just the overall pot. Once we have the EV calculations in the import routine, the EV will be much more precise.

Just had a couple of small session on the microgaming network using Beta 26 .

On both occassions some hands where not imported .. I have to finish the session and auto import for the rest to appear .

Not a major problem but it means the HUD stats are not upto date when im playing .

Apart from that .. hunky dory !

How many hands were missed out of how many hands played? Were there any import errors?

I have 2363 sit'n gos played this month on Entraction but as far as I know Entraction doesn't have Tournament Summaries files. So all my SNG's are listed as out of the money and position 0 (zero).

Is there any way to fix this?

Is there any way to fix this?

If they don't provide summaries then there is nothing for PT3 to import.
If they are single table SNGs, with 9 or 10 players, then you can use the Auto Fill button on the tournament manual entry window (Tournaments -> Enter Results). Select them all, set them to SNG (1 table) and click auto fill.

Stop PT3.
Run the installer.
Start PT3.

That's it - all your settings and data will remain as they are.

I think 59 hands where imported after i finished the session ... but the session was only for 224 hands ..so thats allmost a quarter that where initially missing.

Not sure about the first session ... i will keep a closer eye on it for the next session.

There where no error reports .. a load of duplicates .. but no errors.

If they don't provide summaries then there is nothing for PT3 to import.

Mostly 6 players SNGs so the auto fill won't work.
There is only the HH files. It's like iPoker, that doesn't have the tournament summaries, but PT reads the final place and the prize (if there is one) when importing iPoker HHs.
