There isn't a password for PT3 but PostgreSQL may need one. Did you install PostgreSQL? Click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Start Services to start the PostgreSQL service. If you don't see the "Start Services" link or the PostgreSQL folder then you don't have PostgreSQL installed and you will need to download and install PokerTracker 3 Beta 26 Full Install (which contains PostgreSQL) from our download page.

If you have PostgreSQL installed, the default values for the database are:
Server: localhost
Port: 5432
User: postgres
Password: dbpass

If this password does not work for you, you can disable password authentication by following the directions of this tutorial.

Any estimation on when Beta 27 is gonna be released ?

Microgaming auto-import problem is really annoying...

Sorry for asking the same question as so many others, but really need that fix :)

There are currently some bugs with the new features that need working out before Beta 27 can be released. Hopefully they'll be worked out soon and we'll see Beta 27 appear sometime mid or late this week, but obviously I can't promise anything.

For what it's worth, given that I've seen the new features, I think you'll agree afterwards that the wait was worth it :)

I want to make some pretty major changes to the design of my hud (mainly the ordering of stuff, and which stats relate to which popup). This is a pretty big pain with the current layout options - should I wait until beta 27, or won't the next beta affect this?

Thanks

Steve

stevi,

Wait until Beta 27. The manner of making popup windows won't change, but the manner of displaying them will, in a way that you will want to think about before doing your redesign.

So,

I used to use just the latest stable build, but couldn't get the HUD to work on AP with that.

So I installed the latest Beta 26.2 and seem to have the HUD just stop updating whenever I've played on AP. I've only tried it for a few sessions now, but it seems that the HUD is working fine on FT, iP, and OG whenever I have not previously in the same session played on AP, fine on AP whenever I try it there for the first time in a session, but after the AP session is over, it seems to not update on IP anymore. I have enabled logginf for now, but maybe that's a known issue?

I haven't heard of this issue.

Could you please reproduce the issue and then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket? That would help us in figuring out what is causing this for you and make sure it gets fixed if it isn't already.
